Your event is "rain or shine" and your prepayment is non-refundable due to weather conditions. Refunds are only made for blizzards, hurricanes, and other weather disasters. In the case of a refund, you will be refunded your prepayment, minus the cost of any supplies purchased for your event, and minus the work already done for your event. Please be aware that some work (including balloon inflation) is often done as much as a week before the event.
